Doublecamshaft-desmo with central pivotpoint

This kind of desmo has the following characteristics:
The separate opening- and closing camshafts are located
at the other side of the pivot point and valve.
The cams run in the same direction because of the use of an extra (idler) gear.
The closing cam is located above and the opening cam is located under the roller.
One roller (turning constantly in opposite direction) is used as camfollower.

The cams used are from the “Peeren” system (Group 8B).
